Spiderweb rainbow quilt is done

While I was getting my room ready for the new long arm (yeah I got it already, but I’ll show later) I had a few things that just needed binding, this spiderweb rainbow quilt was one of them! I quilted it a while ago on my funquilter and did a leaf design all over.

Here’s a closeup of it, of course the blocks were made with the spiderweb accuquilt die, but I put the blocks together a bit differently and then sewed those together on point!

This was my originaly plan in EQ but then when I sewed the blocks together I didn’t want to make another scrappy border and I found this cute pooh bear fabric so I used that instead and there was just enough to use it for binding too! It’s small about 32″x 38″ I think that’s a great baby donation size.

I added binding to another quilt and then decided to clean out my sewing machine bobbin area, look at this dust bunny in there!?

  1. Those dust bunnies always collect faster than we think they should!!! Some child will love being wrapped in a colorful quilty hug;)

    1. Yes! They must be “turned on” when the sewing machine is on and multiply that way…. lol
