Celtic progress and a few other things

I finished the Celtic solstice blocks for clue #3

( I swapped red instead of orange)

I whipped up some portfolios before the weekend, my friend wanted to get some of the small stuff for the Elem. School’s craft fair (which I normally plan with her, but couldn’t attend this time with the studio tour) she did sell one Smile

Sonja stole my pin cushions this weekend too!

And I couldn’t help myself from using some of the new Go! dies and punch out some small hexies- wait and see…

We also had a church Christmas party last night, it was nice to go to that after such a busy weekend. From now on, we have NO plans until Christmas, where we’re staying home just us for dinner Smile

  1. I love the picture on Sonja holding all those super cute purse pin cushions…She's a doll. They look to be the perfect size for her little hands.

Oh goodness you are brave. When I first got the new die package, I started a hand project with the 1" hexagons but I wouldn't do the 1/2". Too scared! :)I am not a sit still long person so I am still working on it and just hoping to get a wall hanging finished. I do have to say that I have really enjoyed it and love being able to do my thing while sitting with my husband. Can't wait to see your finish.

  3. I like the red instead of orange!! Have fun playing with your new dies and Sonja looks so cute in that dress!
