A fun B/W quilt I made

I finished this quilt a few weeks ago and I think it’s actually part of a block for an add-on for Electric quilt EQ8

I really don’t remember now

I used some leftover black and white fabrics from my Bee collection and also the 8″ QUBE

The quilt ended up being 34″ x 34″ and I think I donated it to hospice already when the quilt ladies were here before Easter

I just stippled allover it

the backing is solid black

Here’s how I ended up with this design in EQ

First I started with 8″ star blocks and added flying geese around it with a simple corner block

Then I thought it was too tight and I added the sashing

Then I added more sashing also as an inner border and I added an outer border

And then I added the fabrics I had on my shelf/ inventory and printed it like this

If you ever want to design quilts, EQ8 is THE BEST software for it. I also have some Youtube videos and old tutorials
