I recently finished this Blue version of Wild World
It finished 40″ x 48″ just like the pattern 🙂
Wild World is an easy pattern that might look tricky because the blocks are not what they seem.
It’s of course Accuquilt friendly and this one can be made with the 8″ QUBE but rotary cutting instructions are always included!
I like to keep my block pieces in a plastic bin and also the leftover fabrics until I’m absolutely done with the top, the binding and backing, in case I use some of the fabrics for a scrappy backing or I forgot to cut some pieces. This way I can take my time sewing the quilt together and not worry about a fabric missing in case I made a mistake.
The pattern is on sale for $8 until the 24th!
I quilted large swirls and leaves in grey all over it
For the backing I used a mottled blue from the front, that’s a fabric from the FQ club last quarter
I also have KITS for the Wild World pattern here
Normally the KIT is $67 but it’s on sale for $54 until the 24th!
And the pattern for $8 until the 24th as well
Here’s some ideas for the pattern including some I made.
