I love when the background of two different blocks blend together, so you can’t quite tell where the block begins. The pointy star block started as a block called Optical Illusions, but I changed a few things with the block, then I combined it with another modified block called Wyoming Valley. A valley name didn’t seem to fit this quilt to I chose an antonym instead!

A- Main Print: 3/4yd, 1yd, 1 3/4yd

B- Star Print: 1/8yd, 1/2yd, 1 1/8yd

C- Grey: 1/2yd, 3/4yd, 1 1/2yd

D- Mint: 1/4yd, 1/2yd, 1 1/4yd

E- White: 1/2yd, 1 1/4yd, 3 1/2yds

Binding: 1/2yd, 1/2yd, 2/3yd

Batting: 25” x 49”, 49” x 61”, 73” x 97”

Backing: 27” x 51”, 51” x 63”, 75” x 99”

Quilt can be made with the 8” QUBE and companion set by Accuquilt.
