Stupid Etsy!
I got an email from Etsy last week that some of my unlisted items were being looked at for violations- didn’t mention which items and that section of my shop, I never look at, if an item sells it gets removed or relisted and if I don’t want to sell it, I delete it, it’s rare that I put items in “inactive” status, I looked at didn’t see anything odd. Then the next day I got an email saying that my account was now put on RESERVE which meant that they would hold my money for 45 days unless I provided a tracking number for my orders- which I usually do, but still, I was upset so I searched around and found the chat option and chatted with someone, who, after 45 min said they didn’t know what item(s) were in violation but they would send a note to the legal department, so I waited until the next day and got an email from them again that the RESERVE was removed! no explanation, nothing!! STUPID!!
In the middle of all that I got an order for 3 sets of eyeglass cases, so I made those and sent them off WITH a tracking number and everything seems fine.
I also made some more for the emporium because I was on a roll at the embroidery machine 🙂
For school, to change things up AGAIN, I cut out small squares in cardstock and wrote down every thing in the curriculum PER kid that we needed to do in a day and folded them up and put them in a nice box, so Sonja and Anja can take turns drawing a card and we do what it says; like SONJA MATH or ANJA SPELLING, they get ONE skip per day. They seemed to like it.
and so does Swiffer!
The emporium changed some things around, it’s not totally ideal yet but looks good so far, they sent me a few pictures of the setup, here’s one of them, they are still figuring out stuff.
