Have you seen what’s NEW at Accuquilt??
It’s a new QUBE set that makes 5″ BLOCKS!
It was SO hard to keep this a secret for so long!
I was able to make a few quilts and patterns for the 5″ QUBE and companion sets!!
The first pattern is called Rainbow Swirls and all the blocks are ON-Point, so I also used the 5″ setting triangles die for that and strip dies for the borders.
The next one is called Broken Stars and uses the companion sets too, I actually made a blue and yellow version of this with a circle in the middle for the Accuquilt block competition years ago, where I placed third I think, I don’t remember.

And the last one is called Geodes! Such fun blocks made with the companion sets too!

I had to totally rearrange my cabinets now to fit the new QUBE sets!
Not complaining at all 😉
BEFORE, I had all the QUBE sets on the left side of the cabinets
Now I shifted things around and have them go across the middle of both of the cabinets
(and the bottom doors have regular Accuquilt dies behind them! I updated my Accuquilt APP and now have 162 dies/sets)
and each time Accuquilt comes up with new dies, I want them all!! Isn’t that how it always is?? The QUBES are a MUST though, I use mine a lot!
