Did you see this quilt I made for Accuquilt?
It’s called Eye of the Storm
and it’s made using the Storm at sea die.
Fabrics are from Connecting threads!
You CAN replicate it with the 8″ AND the 4″ QUBE set if you have both sets, but certain dog ears are cut off on this die and it’s just easier to cut on this plus the big diamond is in ONE piece, but you could make it with the triangle in a square dies from the 8″ QUBE instead.
Right now the storm at sea die is $129.99
The QUBE sets are $249.99 each and the companion sets are $159.99 so of course this would be a whole lot more to spend, but you can make more with the QUBE sets.
I do like to have a designated die like this 🙂
Anyways, this quilt measures 30″ x 30″ so a cute wall hanging or table topper!
