Be attitudes QAL finish

be attitutes 2015

I decided to finish up the Be Attitudes quilt, as you may have seen I skipped the Easter bunny and knew I wanted to skip the Santa block too, then I did one more – the grandfather one- just because it was my 3rd least favorite and didn’t pertain to me I guess- no offense ;)

The last block is BE GRATEFUL (one of those words I often spell wrong! why isn’t it GREAT-ful?)

Here’s my block.

Then I laid out the blocks on the design wall and began figuring out the math of where I needed to add strips to make they all fit.

not all the blocks were the same size and since I omitted some I had to move them around to a 3 x 3 layout.

I added a thick border around it and 4 log cabin squares in the corners.

it looks kind of washed out on this picture, but in person it’s really a fun quilt!

If you made this quilt or any of the blocks, link up below.
