Well I would love to make any of those lovely quilts you designed! That would be a dream. I have a hard time knowing exactly what I could make with a fat quarter bundle. How far would that much fabric go? Would I run out before I could complete something that beautiful? That is a HUGE dilemma for me and so it sits uncut. How do you know?? Perhaps I would chicken out and go with a table runner LOL

Hello Bea,

I am collecting for a black & white Chinese Coin quilt (I think I am close to having enough) and that is where some of these will go. I've accumulated several grey/black/white so I'm trying to think of something to make with them, maybe a bag of some kind.

Hello Bea - I've always wanted to make a black and white apple core quilt with just a few scrappy red cores mixed in randomly. But after seeing the sixth design you created with those pinwheel blocks, you may have changed my mind - that design has a three deminsional look to it. Enjoy your blog very much and your contributions on the Voyager17 Facebook group too!

I've been playing in EQ for the past couple of days, designing quilt layouts to use black & white fabrics. I can't decide if I want to do a B&W quilt based on the Jungle Path quilt (from Moda Bakeshop:http://www.modabakeshop.com/2012/06/jungle-path-baby-quilt.html ) or a Bento Box quilt (http://www.traceybrookshier.com/patterns/BentoBlueGreen362.jpg ). What would I make...I have never used black & white but I think I would like to make a series of wall hangings with each one having a different pop of color, a hint of a rainbow with each hanging being B&W with maybe one square of color: yellow, orange, red, blue, purple, green. That would be 6 or so wall quilts going down the hallway . Guess I need to start sketching.
