Here's the fabrics I got from Tonya the other day...
Over $125 worth and there's A LOT!! awesome awesome!!
These are all washed and ready to be cut into
Then I've worked on a customer's "monster" quilt - 106" square, the biggest I've done yet, and I think this is my MAX size too, sure made it easy with the red snappers to load the quilt.
Here I quilted stars and meandering all over
Here's the whole quilt, it is GORGEOUS!
love the star in the middle
Last friday I finished this pineapple quilt for a customer also, I had to ship it to FL, I mailed it so quickly that I forgot to take pictures, so SHE took pics and emailed them to me :-)
I did free motion gingko leaves and meandering
Each pineapple block was different, it was fun to do
I also just finished this customer quilt- look familiar??
I recently quilt the red and black quilt that used the same pattern
and allover feathers and swirls- she always picks that! :-)
I forgot I had this playmat/ jungle gym in the closet- another hand me down, so I set it up over the weekend for Sonja, she seemed to like it
Later I moved it into my craftroom/studio, I have a quilt folded underneath, so it's not so hard and cold to lie there, she was "talking" to the elephant today
The kids made a little paper hat for her too! - DUNCE??
and THESE came in the mail today, baby and mommy owl pin cushions! too cute....Thanks Gwen Z!!
Here's the collection so far :-) the small blue one was the one that started it all, I got this one from Norway and thought a pin cushion swap would be cool, it's so much FUN!
I forgot to show this picture too, this weekend I moved my fabrics to the opposite wall, one cubbie left for the box of fabrics- which is filled now :-)
And look! I already cut into the Benartex fabrics... just wait and see, which design I picked from this post. Now I did reply to some of you, that I realized I just ordered half a yard of each instead of a whole yard, so I've had to modify SOME things, someone suggested to just buy more fabrics! ha ha
