Here's a little collage of APRIL things I've made
OOPSIE, just noticed picasa (or me) picked the same picture of the bubble gum blocks twice.
Yesterday I did finished stuffing and sewing closed 3 owls for the craft show, don't they look like they were JUST talking about me and then when I snapped a picture, they look innocently away?? hmm :-)
Then I decided to work on this blue strip quilt top, the black fabric for the sashing and border is actually a small dot, close up you can see the seams on the border, but it's not too bad.
After it was all done, I noticed that one of the rows are slight off from the row below it, oh well! it's not bad and I'm not fixing it, this will most likely be a donation quilt or a giveaway quilt, so I don't really care, is that bad?
It turned out to be a nice size 49" x 63" so a nice snuggle or lap quilt.
here's another update on my 2012 list
#4 pumpkin star pillow- just needs to be stuffed and sewn together

#8 giraffe wall hanging - still working on needleturn applique, mommy giraffe almost done

I still should be making owl pot holders for the craft show! and maybe some simple ones too
I'm having the neighborhood quilters/crafters come over this morning, don't know if I'll work on them then or at least sort the fabrics, otherwise tomorrow I might have a new quilter friend come visit too, I could work on them then too, we'll see.

Wow! You've accomplished a lot in a month! Lots of great projects :)
You sure have been really busy. I don't know how you do it all. The owls were talking about what they wanted to snack on when you aren't around. Guard your M&Ms closely.
I love your owls. Especially their eyes.
lovely owls!
Those owl are really cute! I've never tried making any stuffed toys, but these look like they'd be fun.
